Join Maegan for this 4 week series to assist rebuilding awareness to your new found body. We will focus on breathing techniques and core integration to safely build strength. Discover movements to help limit strain in the upper body easing tension. Bring a blanket for your baby lay on. Space is limited and pre-registration is required!
