EMBRACE

Winter Nature Yoga Retreat

EMBRACE ✨ is a winter nature yoga retreat in Ontario held at the magical Northern Edge Algonquin.  Together we will embrace the rhythms and wonder that winter has to offer.  This winter yoga retreat will offer group activities like lead yoga classes, outdoor nature adventures with options to snowshoe, cross-country ski or skate, and creative arts.  Embrace the warmth of the sauna and maybe cool off with a roll in the snow ❄️.  There will also be time for individual interests if you please, creating a balanced itinerary for the weekend yoga retreat.

Experience delicious local and organic food 🥗 at the winter nature yoga retreat.  The Northern Edge Algonquin has an award-winning chef who creates meals inspired by the abundance of local farms. Guests with dietary needs will be cared for and well-nourished.

Savour moments of connection in the beauty of winter. This weekend nature yoga retreat is designed to support your yoga journey, your relationship with nature and yourself.
Your host Maegan is a playful spirit who is committed to sharing the practice of yoga in a thoughtful and curious way.  She enjoys energizing morning practices, calm reflective evening practices and tying it all together with the breath.  You can expect her classes to be anatomically informed, grounded and breath focused, with mini meditations to close.
