The Budokon Primary Series is composed of 7 sections that weave together a story of metaphors and imagery. That story is told with the seamless, intentional movement that is Budokon – way of the warrior spirit. It is a hybrid practice of martial arts and yoga that will have you moving and thinking in a different way. Perfectly balanced in it’s strength and grace Budokon asks you to slow down and participate fully in every movement you make.
In this 3 hour workshop with Allison we will thoroughly discuss Budokon philosophy and practice the transitional work and postures in the 7 sections.
No experience is required, just an open mind and a little play.
