We are the Ottawa Valley’s state of the art Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training facility. We create space for practitioners to further their education, establish a meaningful personal practice and evolve as a yoga teacher. We offer a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, 300hr Yoga Teacher Training and Continuing Education to the Ottawa Valley and beyond. The 200hr YTT is designed as an entry level program to deepen your personal yoga practice and maybe step into the seat of the teacher.
