Stroller Fit
Tuesdays | May 27 – June 24 | 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
This five-week series is designed for moms who are looking to move their bodies, connect with others, and enjoy some fresh air with baby in tow. We’ll meet at White Pine Yoga and begin with a 30-minute walk (with strollers or carriers), followed by 20 minutes of postnatal-friendly fitness at the park. Think strength, mobility, and feel-good movement to help you reconnect with your body and your community.
All fitness levels are welcome. Come as you are—this is your space to feel supported and strong.
