Yoga for Runners + Cyclists
Join Martine for a 6-week series for Runners and Cyclists for the perfect cross-training class as you’re getting back out on the road. Over these 6-weeks we will work on isolation movements for hips and shoulders, core stability, back body strengthening, front body opening, and yoga flows to complement the mechanics of running and cycling. This series will help round-out your training program, whether you’re training for a race or just life.
