Prenatal Yoga

Join Maegan for this 6 week series in the beautiful studio space!  This class is designed to suit woman in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Build a connection with your growing baby while learning some useful breathing techniques and movements to support your pregnancy while being supported by other pregnant woman.  Receive access to our pre-recorded sessions to practice in the comfort of your home in between classes!
