Mother's Day Recharge

Take the morning for you—to recharge, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This special two-hour practice is designed to support your body and mind with a nourishing blend of movement, release, and rest.

We’ll begin with a balanced 1-hour yin/yang yoga practice to energize and ground you, followed by 40 minutes of self-massage using therapy balls to unwind tension and promote circulation. We’ll close with a deeply restful 20-minute guided relaxation, leaving you feeling renewed and spacious.
