This weekend yoga retreat is a journey to towards equanimity, through nature, yoga philosophy and reflection.  ✨ Get ready to take a deep dive into the slower rhythms of nature at the magical Northern Edge Algonquin retreat centre.   Learn mindfulness practices to implement into your activities and adventures over the weekend. Find that equanimous feeling as you surround with nature. Together as a group we will explore daily yoga practices that teach mindfulness techniques to incorporate with your options to swim, paddle, use the sauna, and get creative with arts. There will also be time for individual interests if you please with options to nap, read or simply just be, creating a balanced itinerary for the weekend yoga retreat.

Experience delicious local and organic food 🥗 at the nature yoga retreat.  The Northern Edge Algonquin has an award-winning chef who creates meals inspired by the abundance of local farms. Guests with dietary needs will be cared for and well-nourished.

Your host Maegan is a playful spirit who is committed to sharing the practice of yoga in a thoughtful and curious way.  She enjoys energizing morning practices, calm reflective evening practices and tying it all together with the breath.  You can expect her classes to be anatomically informed, grounded and breath focused, with mini meditations to close.
